Watch this funny little song to practise asking about places in town. Click on the street name.

QUIZZES ON VERB TENSES

Practise the use and difference between verb tenses, eg. present simple/present continuous. There are a lot of exercises to choose from!

PRACTISE LISTENING: THE HOUSE

This is a link to La Mansión del Inglés, a website where you can practise grammar, vocabulary, listening, etc.(Click on the Big Ben)

Today listen to different people talk about their houses. The listenings are on the left column (NIVEL BÁSICO): Craig's house, Terry's house, etc. Open the audio file in a new window and read the questions at the same time.

There's some vocabulary and grammar you don't have to learn, but it's good if you use a dictionary and learn new words, for example "villa" (=a house usually in the countryside or near the sea. People often rent it for a holiday.)
